If your order is eligible for a return, please follow the steps below to ensure we can process your return.

1. Email us at support@ultimateunderwear.club to check your eligibility.
2. Place the unopened, unworn pairs back into the original shipping bag and seal it.
3. Go to your local Post Office to purchase a new return label with tracking. You cannot return to sender with our original shipping label.
4. Post your return to PO Box 3102 Success WA 6964
5. Send us your return tracking number, in case it gets lost in the mail.
6. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to make sure it is eligible for a return (unused, unopened, in new condition).
7. We will process your return if all the above criteria is met.

If you open and try on your first pair of Ultimate Underwear and it doesn't live up to your expectations, no worries! You can keep it and we'll issue you a full refund. If you bought multiple pairs, as long as they're unworn and unopened in their original packaging, you can return the rest for a full refund too, minus the return shipping fees which you are responsible for. Just make sure to reach out to us within 60 days of your order date and send us your return shipping tracking number. For more details, check out our Refund Policy.

Great news! We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within Australia. Need your undies quickly? Choose our priority shipping for just $10.00. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Get our legendary undies no matter where you are!

• Standard Australian shipping to the Perth metropolitan area is 1 to 2 business days.
• Standard shipping to the rest of Australia is 7 to 10 business days.
• Priority Australian shipping is 5 to 8 business days.
• Standard International shipping will vary depending on your location, but is estimated to be 15 business days.

Shipping times are estimated and we appreciate your patience if delays occur. The shipping time is the estimated time it will take after we have processed, packed and shipped your order. Please allow us up to 24 hours after your order is submitted for processing, packing and shipping.

How to Care for Your Ultimate Underwear - The Ultimate Guide

ULTIMATE YES:

1. We recommend giving your Ultimate Underwear a wash before wearing them for the first time. This ensures optimal cleanliness and freshness.
2. For the best care of your Ultimate Underwear, we recommend washing them in cold water. This helps maintain the fabric's quality and prolongs the lifespan of your undies. However, you can also wash them in temperatures up to 30 degrees Celsius if desired.
3. After washing, hang your Ultimate Underwear to dry. It's best to choose a shaded area to avoid direct sunlight, as it can affect the fabric's colour and durability.
4. To ensure you have a fresh pair of Ultimate Underwear for every day, we recommend having a minimum of seven pairs. This allows you to rotate and maintain proper hygiene.

ULTIMATE NO:

1. Avoid washing your Ultimate Underwear in hot water exceeding 30 degrees Celsius, as it may cause shrinkage or damage the fabric.
2. We advise against tumble drying your Ultimate Underwear, as it can lead to fabric shrinkage or affect the overall fit and comfort.
3. Avoid ironing as it may damage the fabric or elastic components.
4. Ultimate Underwear does not require dry cleaning. We recommend following the care instructions mentioned above for the best results.
5. Hopefully this goes without saying but just in case, avoid reusing yesterday's undies to maintain the ultimate experience!
6. For the best fit and support, wear your Ultimate Underwear the right way, with the Ultimate Pouch™ providing the desired snugness and support to your family jewels.
