Refund Policy

60 Day Love It or Its Free Guarantee

Our 60-Day Love It or It's Free Guarantee ensures your satisfaction with your first purchase of Ultimate Underwear. If you open and try on your initial pair and find that you don't love them, you can keep the product and receive a full refund, excluding shipping charges. This guarantee is valid for 60 days from the date of your order.

In the event that the size of your first pair is incorrect, you can request an exchange and only pay the shipping fee for the replacement pair.

For customers who purchased multiple pairs in their initial order, you have the option to return any unopened and unworn pairs in their original packaging for a full refund, excluding shipping fees. Additionally, we offer the possibility to exchange the remaining pairs for a different size, with the customer responsible for the shipping fee. Please note that this guarantee is applicable within 60 days from your order date.

Kindly note that if the replacement pair still does not provide a satisfactory fit, we regret that we cannot process a further refund or provide another replacement. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Returns

For all pairs of underwear after your 1st pair 60 day guarantee, our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You are responsible for paying the cost to ship your return back to us. 

**You must provide proof of posting otherwise we will not be able to process your return or refund.**

Unfortunately, undergarments that have been opened or worn can no longer be returned due to sanitary reasons.

If your order is eligible for a return, please follow the steps below to ensure we can process your return.

  1. Email us at support@ultimateunderwear.club to check your eligibility.
  2. Place the unopened, unworn pairs back into the original shipping bag.
  3. Go to your local Post Office to purchase a new return label with tracking. You cannot return to sender with our original shipping label.
  4. Post your return to Suite 3102, Shop 22, 816 Beeliar Drive, Success, WA, 6164.
  5. Send us your return tracking number, in case it gets lost in the mail.
  6. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to make sure it is eligible for a return (unused, unopened, in new condition).
  7. We will process your return if all the above criteria is met.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The cost of shipping your item both to you, and back to us is non-refundable. 

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Return Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Please email us at support@ultimateunderwear.club if you would like to return. You will be responsible for organising and paying for the return label, we recommend you head to your local post office with the return address. 

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Sale items

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Gift cards

    Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be refunded. The balance of all gift cards expires 2 years from the order date. 

    Exchanges
