If you open and try on your first pair of Ultimate Underwear and it doesn't live up to your expectations, no worries! You can keep it and we'll issue you a full refund. If you bought multiple pairs, as long as they're unworn and unopened in their original packaging, you can return the rest for a full refund too, minus the return shipping fee which you are responsible for. Just make sure to reach out to us within 60 days of your order date and send us your return tracking number.

If your order is eligible for a return, please follow the steps below to ensure we can process your return.

1. Email us at support@ultimateunderwear.club to check your eligibility.
2. Place the unopened, unworn pairs back into the original shipping bag and seal it.
3. Go to your local Post Office to purchase a new return label with tracking. You cannot return to sender with our original shipping label.
4. Post your return to Suite 3102, Shop 22, 816 Beeliar Drive, Success, WA, 6164.
5. Send us your return tracking number, in case it gets lost in the mail.
6. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to make sure it is eligible for a return (unused, unopened, in new condition).
7. We will process your return if all the above criteria is met.
